We understand that you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Please note that we require a 24-hour notice for all appointment cancellations. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a $50 fee. In the event of a no-show, we reserve the right to collect the full amount of the service, and you may be required to make a deposit to rebook. A consultation no-show will result in a $20 fee.

Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for products or services. Prepaid services and gift cards are non-refundable.
