Annie has been working in fitness for over 10 years and has honed-in on sports performance to provide specialized programming for anyone's fitness journey. Her passion is in strength and mobility to correct muscular compensations to relieve the aches and pains that result from them. By teaching youth athletes proper form and mechanics, her goal is to empower them to gain control and independence of training, which will help them avoid issues with muscular compensations as they get older.
